Store Policies

If you have changed your mind about a purchase for any reason please contact us promptly so we can obtain the appropriate information for return of the package. Items intended to be returned must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the item. All refunds will be made once the item has arrived back at Belford Pottery minus the return shipping charges.

If an item is damaged in transit please hang on to the packaging and contact Belford Pottery either at belfordpottery@aol.com or by calling (847)977-9345 upon receipt of the item.
